Inventure was asked to create a space that would generate interest among potential new tenants to lease the vacant spaces in 4700 Sam Houston Parkway. After a few anchor tenants left the building, this lobby refresh project needed to impress visitors and potential occupants while on a strict budget. Inventure and JLL worked closely together to ensure the project was finished on time and under budget. The focus areas were the entrance atrium, new security desk, lounge area, and cafe located at the back of the lobby. The design team brightened the space with new finishes to compliment the existing key elements of the space such as the slate floors, wood paneling, and stone panels cladding the elevator.
