HITT’s 13,000-SF office renovation brings a fresh, open feel to the workspace, designed to support teamwork and flexibility.
he updated space includes six focus rooms, seven unique meeting areas—from a large training room to an executive boardroom—and designated submittal areas to keep projects moving.
More than just a place to work, the office is packed with amenities that make it a space people want to be in. Shuffleboard, beer taps, and a wellness room bring energy and balance to the workday. The design pulls in industrial elements like stone, polished concrete, and a neutral color palette, giving it a modern yet grounded feel.
One of the most exciting transformations was the warehouse, which was completely reworked into a new fabrication area tailored to HITT’s needs.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, offering sweeping views of downtown Houston while supporting employee well-being. The layout keeps things organized, with an active front-of-house—including reception, training rooms, and a break area—flowing into a quieter back-of-house with focus rooms, offices, and workstations
The final result is a workspace that seamlessly blends function, comfort, and energy, creating an environment where the HITT team can thrive.
