Raymond A. Romero

“I chase after exceptional design, my four kids, and their chickens. The order varies.”

Raymond is a technical problem solver who leads with a vast knowledge of the industry. Where many architecture firms focus on projects from the outside in, he solves problems from the inside out. Similarly, when he works with clients, he stays focused on what sets the client apart as well as their current and future needs to fashion the best possible solution. He finds creative ways to design solutions to crucial business issues, like helping his clients retain the best talent and positively impacting their bottom line. He is always looking for ways help people and create value for them, all while doing the right thing.
