“Spare me the easy wins, let me throw a strike when it counts.”

Carl is passionate about leading healthcare projects—and he is almost as passionate about bowling a perfect game. Inspired by data-driven breakthroughs and cutting-edge psychological research, he is focused on creating a design that is unique and just right for the needs of each client. With decades of client-focused experience, Carl is great at thinking and doing big things at the same time. This talent fuels his ability to envision one-of-a-kind architectural designs and then bring them to life by working closely with construction teams, project managers, designers, and clients—whatever it takes to throw that strike.

Carl is a licensed architect through the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB). He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and an active member of the AIA Committee on Architecture for Health. Carl is passionate about creating apprenticeship opportunities for young designers and enjoys bowling with the league he founded. Carl received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University.
