When Roscommon Analytics, a New York-based trading firm with a global reach, set out to relocate their Houston office, they partnered with Inventure to transform a newly constructed 10,000-square-foot shell space into a dynamic, modern workplace.

The goal was to create an environment that prioritizes employee engagement, fosters collaboration, and enhances daily operations.

The design features a welcoming reception area that sets the tone for the space, while a thoughtfully planned breakroom maximizes storage and keeps major appliances out of sight, maintaining a clean and streamlined aesthetic. To support employee wellness, a dedicated fitness area with private showers was incorporated, giving employees the flexibility to balance work and well-being.

At the heart of the office are two private offices and two conference rooms designed with a “fishbowl” concept—featuring glass walls that promote openness and connectivity while maintaining privacy. The open-concept layout is enhanced by 12-foot glass-enclosed central areas, ensuring clear sightlines to the exterior from every part of the office. Large glass panels bring in natural light, while an exposed ceiling design adds height and an expansive, airy feel.

By blending transparency, openness, and intentional design details, the space reflects Roscommon Analytics' commitment to a workplace that is both functional and inspiring—one that supports collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.
