For this project, Inventure transformed an existing warehouse into a specialized production facility for resin-based light poles. With new equipment coming in, the space needed significant modifications to support the right clearances, loads, and workflow while keeping the structure intact.
One of the biggest challenges was making room for the equipment. To create the necessary clearance and improve efficiency, we removed existing columns in the warehouse and worked closely with structural engineers to ensure everything remained sound.
Beyond the structural changes, we also focused on making the space more functional for employees. We added locker rooms and changing areas to create a seamless transition between the warehouse and office spaces, along with a new training room to support future growth. The result is a space that works harder—both for production and for the people who keep it running.
