The collaboration between Inventure and O'Donnell Snider Construction focuses on a Design-Build project to construct a new office and warehouse facility for GMN Bearing USA. The client's main request is to have a facility that can adapt to future growth within 3-5 years.
Phase 01 of the project covers 24,000 SF, with 8,000 SF of office space, 8,000 SF of warehouse space, and 8,000 SF of shell space on the second floor. Phase 02 will involve expanding the warehouse by 31,000 SF and relocating existing tilt wall panels.
The design team pays attention to the client's brand and culture, incorporating GMN blue accents on the exterior to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance visibility.
Inside, the interior design combines elements of precision manufacturing, natural materials, and comfortable furnishings. Energy efficiency is a priority, with the building being solar panel ready and aiming for net-zero energy usage.
