Inventure has been commissioned to design a new medical office building at the intersection of Shepherd Drive and Lexington Street.

This premium offering will be available for lease by healthcare providers to serve the Museum District, Upper Kirby and Montrose areas of Houston.

When arriving at the building, clients will be greeted by a cylindrical glass lobby that serves as a light-filled atrium connecting to the second story.

The building is wrapped in glass with strategically placed balconies to allow for a connection to the outdoors. Designed with a clean and modern aesthetic, the building reflects the clinic’s providers’ professional approach and what clients expect. This project has been presented with several challenges that include a tight site, city required off-street parking requirements and restricted curb cut locations. With these parameters in mind, the building’s site entry will face Lexington Street with parking and an entry lobby below the building. The second story provides the maximum, uninterrupted floor plate area while conforming to governing building setbacks and easements.
