Raymond is a technical problem solver who leads with a vast knowledge of the industry. Where many architecture firms focus on projects from the outside in, he believes in designing from the inside out. Throughout the design process, he stays focused on what sets the client apart as well as their current and future needs. He loves the challenge of finding solutions to crucial business issues, like helping his clients retain the best talent and positively impacting their bottom line. He is always looking for ways help his clients and create value for them.

Raymond has over 20 years of experience and is an associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a LEED accredited professional. ​ He sits on the board of directors of the Trotter YMCA, is a CoreNet Houston Chapter member and a member of Rice Design Alliance. Raymond graduated from Texas A&M University where he studied Environmental Design and Architecture.
